Just installed this two days ago and it was easy to install. No wires running everywhere. Picture clear and easy to see. I like the motion activation feature so we are only recording when someone sets it off. I thought the monitor might be to small but it is actually perfect.
Set up was very easy. Picture is very clear. Product is easy to use and cameras come with long power cord which is really nice. Wish I had bought this system a long time ago.
All went well with the installation and very satisfied with the features and capabilities. i mostly enjoy the split screen mode but can not use the TALK feature unless i choose a camera view first. The instructions do not cover this aspect of advise as well it does not say you have to release the TALK button to hear the person respond. The monitor looses the date and time when unplugged. It would be nice to have a battery back up integrated with the monitor so that the date time does not have to be reset with power failures and desires to move the monitor to a different plug/location. The labeling of the buttons are very hard to read in low lite rooms, even with day light in the room it is tough to read the button labels. Overall a great tool to have and very useful. The tech support team is very receptive and helpful making it easy to overcome particular questions.
i bought this product for my company and only having it 6 months, water was found in the lens so im not able to see through it. also, recourd time is only 5 hours.
I bought and installed this product 4 days ago and say that I am quite impressed by both the picture quality and the color/night vision. I am still learning about it and found that you can chose different options for both cameras from which one should be recorded to which one you chose to turn on/off. The installation was simple, but i did have to buy a couple of long extension cords to attach to the ac adapter and run it on the inside of my attic. But, overall, it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Since this is my first security camera to own, I have rated this a 5 star product and is worth the price to pay.
