It provides a large area for writing and another area for writing. I put it up on the front porch to mind me of the notes and dates I have to remember. Very nice item.

Perfect addition

I love that it has both the chalk pen side and the dry erase side. Also the magnets are the prefect addition as well. It is prefect for a clean look and functional use.
