Don't like the new interiors....

I used to like Herschel for their classic red and white striped interior. It made finding your items so easy. Now, the majority of the interiors are dark as many of the backpacks are darker colored. I like darker colored backpacks. I don't like looking INTO a dark abyss. No more purchasing here.

The backpack is OK but the outside material is worse than it used to be

7 years ago I had bought a Herschel backpack very similar to this one and loved it, thus wanted a new one but it was not as good. The laptop pocket is not padded as it used to be. The material is a bit more plastic and the handles are less cushioned, both things make it less comfortable to wear. These are things I was not able to know when buying online. I think that if I had seen it in person before I would have not bought it.

Great backpack fits everything I need and the pockets are great, i also love the leather bottom that stops it from getting wet on wet surfaces.

I bought the exact same navy with tan bottom pop quiz backpack that I had owned before years ago. The difference? They took out all the padding. I thought the red striped inner padding was a trademark of the brand. Now it's an expensive sack that doesn't hold its shape or protect anything you put in it.

Endgame backpack

Best backpack I have ever owned. Needed good protection for my laptop and all the pockets to hold my things. Saw some good recommendations on Reddit and decided to try out the Pop Quiz. I adore it. Stylish and functional. The laptop sleeve is top notch and I can fit all of my things for college in the numerous pockets.
