Awful odor

The bag arrived with an awful musty odor. The smell was so bad that the entire bedroom smelled musty from the bag. I put it out in the sun and sprinkled some baking soda inside the bag for an entire weekend. It didn’t help with the odor at all. I took it back to the store and they wouldn’t take it back because of the baking soda dust. I even wiped it down with vinegar but the musty smell wouldn’t go away. I ended up just throwing the backpack away! So awful

Had this backpack for 10 years. Day in and day out, every day. Finally got a new one even though my old one probably would have lasted another 10 years. Love this backpack. I wish they would have kept one water bottle holder on the inside however, they also took away the padded laptop sleeve, and did away with the business card holder. Little sad, but I can make it work.

What i expected

I'm replacing an old Herschel Supply Co same size with almost the same details and was convenient. The only thing is missing are the little stripes on the zippers that makes easy to pull and close. The last one has a letter stripes that works perfectly, you should keep them on all of your models.
