I returned it as I didn’t like it.. it looked pretty basic. I have used Heritage backpack in the past which I liked a lot.

Like others have stated, the quality of Herschel bags has gone way downhill. Plastic low-end stuff that makes me sad because my previous bag with the red and white cloth interior was the best...

Good backpack.

Backpack is constructed well and holds up. The only thing I wish it had was an elastic water bottle holder so it expands out and not into the backpack. This issue can really only make you have a 20 oz bottle and nothing bigger.

Daughter loves this backpack! She does wish there was one more compartment to make it just a little bigger but it’s not a dealbreaker. Works great and excellent quality!
