Nice Backpack, Needs Interior Pockets

Backpack seems well made, but has no interior pockets whatsoever. I've never had a backpack without interior pockets to help organize the small stuff. It would also ben nice if the exterior water bottle pocket could be wider to fit larger bottles. I purchased the pink color, and liked how it wasn't super "pink" in the photo. However, I was not expecting how bland the color is in person. It is more of a taupe with a very slight pink tinge to it. Definitely more of a neutral tone, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but just wasn't what I was expecting.

Poor Quality Materials

I have had this bag for just about one year and the fabric near the bottom of one of the straps has developed a hole by rubbing against my back. I have never experienced this with any other bag in the past. Also, in case any one is wondering, this bag was only carried to and from my car when I drove to work so it’s not as if I was wearing it for a long time every day.

Like others have stated, the quality of Herschel bags has gone way downhill. Plastic low-end stuff that makes me sad because my previous bag with the red and white cloth interior was the best...

Good backpack.

Backpack is constructed well and holds up. The only thing I wish it had was an elastic water bottle holder so it expands out and not into the backpack. This issue can really only make you have a 20 oz bottle and nothing bigger.
