Poor Quality and Disreputable Warranty

I purchased the Gibson Messenger tech bag about 2 years ago and the strap broke. The plastic was flimsy and just snapped. I attempted to submit a warranty claim and was told the images I submitted were altered or fake. They require you to write a claim number in marker on the interior of the bag, which I did and they claim that is fake. I had simply asked for a new strap or new bag. Unfortunately, Herschel does not stand by its product or its warranty.

Perfect travel laptop bag

Just what I’m looking for, a work laptop bag with a luggage slip. Roomy enough to put additional note pads a bottle of water, umbrella, and a pouch/wristlet in the main compartment. The outside zip pocket to hold your pens, the shoulder strap, the power cord, small pad, other office supplies. And the hidden pocket for other items such as keys, phones, passport. I gave it a four star because I purchased the dusty rose and I’m not sure how easy any dirt will wipe off, off it.

This is my second one. I had my first one that I had for around 5 yrs get stolen out of my truck when the truck was in the shop. Of course they are not responsible for any personal items and of course there are no cameras in the shop. Well I had to have another. Great work bag for my work needs and trust this one will be much harder to take :face_with_one_eyebrow_raised:!

Great bag, just confused as to why you would include a plastic clip strap inside the bag to hold the laptop down. It can scratch my MacBook so I ended up just cutting it out. Next version of the bag should maybe include a magnet strap made out of a soft material.
