The J1772 -> Tesla adapter: your travel companion
on September 22, 2026

I originally bought the adapter because I was staying at a location that only had non-Tesla, J1772 EV chargers and it was nicely compact. I later moved to a house that also had a non-Tesla charger. It worked so well that I just left the adapter plugged into the charger. I bought another to store in my Tesla in case of further travel need. A great companion.

Bought it because AI recommended it as the most dependable adapter. Based on my initial experience it works flawlessly with my Cadillac Optiq.
