[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a software programer I have always admired IBM and in fact was offered a job with them long ago. I wanted to start out with this as I know IBM has always been a leader in technology and when they sold their PC division to Lenovo, the quality and reliability is still present. Previous laptops have lasted more than 5 years. They never failed and only replaced them with another Lenovo as technology continues to move forward and you really can't keep any PC for more than 5 years. I like the features and quality of this new laptop and have confidence that this too wil last the next 5 years.

It runs really quick and smooth and the touch screen is really useful for reading articles and switching between tabs. The screen is better than any computer I've had in the past and it has everything you need in a laptop. Highly recommend!

Being a mother of 6 and full time studnt meant I needed durability, good battery, and backlit keyboard for those late nights. I got all that and more with this laptop! The touch screen is perfect, so comfortable to use for extended periods, and quiet! Thank you Lenovo for making life so much easier!
