Good laptop, but battery life isn't good

It's a good laptop - it works fast and can handle my different tasks open at the same time (coding, internet browser, and sometimes ZOOM). My only issue is the battery life. Using it for work, I get about 8 hours, and using it for streaming (Netflix, Hulu), I get about 5 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!
