I went from a S22 ultra to the S25 ultra and the speakers on the new one are way better! I know it's a little bigger but I haven't noticed the difference in my hand. The fingerprint scanner is giving me the biggest problem though. I literally have to lick my finger to make it work. I never had this issue with my S22 ultra. That's why I can't give it 5 stars.
