Lost several files and pictures during setup. Then trade in was denied. This is my last samsung item and want to return this over expensive phone

Like it, missing some of the pen features vs S23U, Samsung has amazing hardware, solid performer but battery life is always an issue. Miss the MicroSD slot but happy with the 512GB version so far.
I upgraded to the S25 Ultra from the S25+ and was a little worried beforehand about the increase in size and weight. After a couple of days my worries faded and I find the Ultra to be the superior phone. It has just as good or better feel in the hand as the 25+ and a much better camera. I caught a really good deal on it for Black Friday and couldn't pass it up. Glad I switched.
