[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new S25 Ultra! The camera quality is great. Pen is awesome to create art and take notes! Also like how it notifies you if you leave the pen. The seamless actions across apps is a plus. I've been waiting for the arrival of this phone!

Service drops everywhere

Phone drops service constantly with att plan. Never has my s23 ultra have this many issues. Dissapointing the pen wont take pictures. Too frustrated to list them all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The reason why I'm leaving 1 star is due to whatever Samsung decided to do with the updates. It's absolutely ruined the speed, the efficiency, pretty every feature fails due to whatever they did. Definitely the best design on a smart phone. Lots of tech features which i use almost them all. Still catching up on the AI. Only issue is sometimes it chugs (slows), and sometimes it overheats. I have a feeling its just my device. Also the 3x camera needs a Mega-pixel boost. I absolutely love love the 5x camera and the ofcourse the main. I hope by the s27 there is at least around 50MP on each camera. Now smartphones are still phones. So Google and samsung working together has work really well but I wish boxy was combined with gemini I really miss the device control.
I would recommend this to a friend!
