Not The Best In Battery Or Speed
on October 11, 2025
Posted by: Redman
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As mentioned in the title, unfortunately it's not the best in battery or speed. Especially for the price paid for the 1TB model. There's features removed that older models had like Bluetooth S pen support. Not to happy that Samsung is pushing for Galaxy AI which they'll eventually start charging sometime next year. You build a phones OS around it and then will eventually charge extra for it. Not the best idea in my opinion.

Poor transfer decent phone
on April 8, 2025

The transfer process was terrible. I lost over 1800 contacts and many more call logs/text messages. As a sales professional, this is devastating to say the least. It will cost me a lot of income and I may seriously consider making another brand my next phone. This occurred even after backing up to my Samsung account and reloading after the initial transfer failed. I tried wired, wireless, and after both, having to reset the new phone completely. It transfered what remained on my old phone. Unfortunately the backup from Samsung was not complete and I realized that the RCS do not auto transfer or properly transfer at all. So, you need to convert to Samsung messages before you attempt and expect to lose massive amounts in the process. Samsung needs to provide a fix, better instructions, and a more protective format process while transferring. The phone itself was not better than the S24 in my opinion. Feels like they are introducing things to be more IOS user friendly and less Android user friendly. The shining star is the camera and AI photo editing. I have yet to find a phone user on any brand that competes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fix the camera!!

I am so disappointed and angry with this phone camera. I finally upgraded my ultra 20 to an ultra 25 in December. What the hell happened Samsung?! PLEASE FIX THE CAMERA! PLEASE! Lighting is so bad. Quality is horrible. It looks so pixelated and over processed. I can't zoom in. It looks like a painting. I use my camera everyday! I make content, I'm the family's photographer. THIS IS HORRIBLE! I will be including photos I took of myself with my ultra 25 and my kids Galaxy 25. Taken secs after and unedited. Samsung! Please fix this issue! I tried settings. I tried raw photos. Nothing is working!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trash phone

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has been a profound disappointment after nine months, proving that premium hardware cannot fix a fundamentally compromised user experience.
Critical Failures
Unacceptable Ads: The most significant flaw is the aggressive and pervasive presence of advertisements. Ads are integrated into core system apps, including the Samsung Messages app and the Galaxy Store. For a flagship device commanding this price, this practice is disrespectful to the customer and ruins the premium feel.
Frustrating Navigation: The back navigation gesture is poorly implemented, especially on a phone of this size. It results in constant accidental touches, disrupting workflow and causing daily frustration.
The S25 Ultra's powerful specs are overshadowed by its fragmented, ad-ridden software and inconsistent user controls. Anyone considering a purchase is strongly advised to reconsider. This is a costly mistake, not a superior experience
