[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pro-level user with a background in Computer Science, I have spent nearly a year pushing the Galaxy S25 Ultra to its limits. This is an exceptionally hearty device; the structural integrity is so robust that I’ve opted to run it without a screen protector, trusting the glass’s native durability. While the chassis gains significant mass when cased, the trade-off for such a resilient flagship is acceptable. My daily workflow is a study in manual optimization. I primarily operate the device on the "Light" Performance Profile and have locked the display resolution to FHD+ (2340 x 1080). Even with the SoC throttled for thermal and battery efficiency, the phone remains an absolute powerhouse with zero latency or app-consistency issues. I only scale up to the "Standard" profile during intensive video rendering. However, from a "Power User" perspective, there is clear room for improvement. Samsung’s native video editing software is disappointing and lacks the intuitive, high-level control expected of a device this capable. Furthermore, as a privacy-focused user, I utilize the "Process data only on device" toggle. While I appreciate the NPU's local capabilities, it is frustrating that this disables the more advanced Galaxy AI features that require cloud compute. Finally, while I prefer Gboard for its superior UX, I find it a missed opportunity that Samsung’s proprietary AI writing tools aren't accessible as a system-wide API for third-party keyboards. Despite these software-side

I would put 0 star, horrible experience, the moment my warranty ended the camera focus start shaking and making noise, I tried to get help from Samsung but no help at all, for very expensive phone they don't want to take responsibility for selling faulty product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not much into AI but everything works as it should. The speed of processing is so fast and smooth the camera has excellent quality and crazy sharp zoom. I love this phone as it is very responsive and full. Al though it's a great phone at times the brightness is a little weak and I feel as if it's harder to see in direct sun light. Other than that this is an excellent device.

Not A Fan...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from Samsung A71 5G (LOVED IT!) to Samsung S25 Ultra, the biggest reason being access to more internal memory. Going from 128G to 1T has been a game changer, since most apps don't allow memory card storage. I now have plenty of room for games for the kids, and all the apps I need. Processor seems a little bit faster, and the option to protect the battery by limiting charging to less than 100% is a great idea. HOWEVER, it is strange that one charge session will end @ 94% and the next at 95%. Although it has a much higher zoom (and megapixels) than my A71 5G, it is difficult for the S25 Ultra to take clear pics when zooming, night shots are awful, and taking pics while moving is all but useless. I didn't have those issues with the A71. Maybe it's a lack of knowledge on my part, but it really shouldn't be so difficult to use a phone camera. I had issues transferring things to the new phone. For a couple of weeks, additional things (apps/msgs/pics) would suddenly just show up, but then, nothing else. Everything still isnt transferred after 3 months. I dont like the changes to msgs either. Not a big deal for most but I used to tap a box at the top of a convo as if deleting everything, then de-select what I needed to keep. Now I'm forced to individually tap each item to delete it. If I accidentally delete the wrong thing? Too bad, no way to recover it. Not a fan of Galaxy AI, either. If it makes things up, why is it giving advice? If A71 5G had more GB I'd return S25 Ultra.
