[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always Samsung demonstrates why they dominate the market. Love the One UI and its level of customization. A powerful device that outpaces the average laptop. Packed with features, this device performs at the highest level. The Galaxy AI integration is actually incredibly useful. The security features are top of the line, as always the Ultra sets the Standard.My only complaints are that I can't root, and the 5000 Mah battery is about 20% to small. Beautiful vivid display, professional camera, and integrated stylus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive device in general, even without the addition of "Galaxy Ai". It is capable of far more than I will ever manage to accomplish with it with my limited knowledge and tech skills. However, I was looking for a physically tough and durable device that could hopefully endure the punishment it would almost certainly be subjected to in my normal daily activities as a 1st responder and a welder and till survive intact. According to everything I could find when researching it pre-purchase, it is supposed to be everything I was looking for and I added what is supposed to be the toughest protective case available just to be sure. I am admittedly hard on phones because if the environment I work in and being prone to frequent drops, but never from more than 2 or 3 feet as I am 63 years old and disabled so I keep my feet on the floor. 1st drop on the linoleum in our dining room completely shattered the front and back of the phone. I blamed that one on the protective case and ordered a replacement phone. 2nd drop, same floor, same situation, an even more expensive and supposedly better protective case, same result. The good news is even though the screen and back of phone is shattered within the case and tempered glass screen protector, it had remained operational, so far anyway. For $1500 I would have liked to had a device that worked and looked nice for at least a little while, just saying.

My first Samsung device ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first Samsung device, or even Android device for that matter. I did not expect to love it so much! The size of the phone is perfect, the materials feel premium, the cameras are INSANELY well equipped. Additionally, I love the customization features and the galaxy AI features and just general AI features like unwanted clutter in image removal. It's seamless and it works so fast! I had so many people in the backgrounds of my travel photos that I was quickly able to cut out! I don't think I could go back to any other phone after switching to Samsung! It's the best!

Data doesnt connect as well as i thought it would. Cannot connect when in 4g, 4 lte, travel for my job and lose signals and gps whenever below 5g, and doesnt work well with alot of wifi. Battery life is not as stated should be.
