[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone to simplify my wife every single day. Now, I use the Galaxy AI feature to help me choose when shopping and looking for certain items.
The camera is absolutely incredible to the point. My professional camera is collecting dust.
I don't think I can live without this phone.
The vast array of features is so incredible that I've yet to explore. Some of them and can't wait to dive in further.

The ultimate phone for me
on October 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a s24 ultra to a s25 ultra. Ok, this is definitely more responsive, it's down right fast when I am doing things in a stationary position. I have experienced frustration as I move around, drive down the road using android auto, change from phone towers to wifi networks. I don't know, maybe the newer software doesn't like my vpi app. It is a legitimate payed VPN that has always seemed seamless on the s24.
With the new ui 7, and now 8, it seems themes are now redundant. I can do so much more customization using what's already on the phone and the Goodlock app, but the learning curve is high. Thank goodness for you tube videos.
The phone has great battery life, with my usage pattern, I have yet to have to plug it into my battery pack at work. The memory seems very good for my needs, there is always the cloud If I need it. The phone feels very good in my hand, it's a hard thin rectangular box in my choice of case. I chose a case with mag lock and kick stand. It charges perfectly on the wireless mag lock charger in my truck.
I have played with the AI choices. Doing searches with ai is quite an evolved method in comparison to all the webctawlers and search engines I have used over the years.
The picture ai tools are the best part. You can repair colorize those old family photos so they look like they are taken with a modern camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm satisfied with my Galaxy S25 Ultra device. The camera is incredible and meets my expectations, as is the quality of the screen. Daily streaming for gaming is perfect, and with the whole Samsung family in my home, it makes my life easier and faster.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s a more compact review (~1500 characters) of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, with a look at how well Galaxy AI works in real use:
---
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a powerhouse — it merges polished hardware with bold software ambitions. The device is built around a ~6.9‑inch QHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED display, and uses the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chip plus 12 GB RAM in most models. Performance is stellar: apps open instantly, multitasking is seamless, and even heavy games run smoothly. Battery life is a strong point — in tests it lasted ~17+ hours of active use, edging past the S24 Ultra. Charging remains at 45 W, which is decent but not cutting‑edge.
In photography, Samsung hasn’t reinvented the wheel, but improved selectively. It retains a 200 MP main sensor, adds a 50 MP ultra‑wide, and carries over 5× and 3× telephoto lenses. Image quality is excellent in good light — sharp, lively, with well-managed highlights and shadows. In low light and at long zooms, noise and softness creep in, especially when pushed to extremes. The S Pen is still included, but Samsung trimmed features: the Bluetooth shutter/remote features are removed.
On the downside, the Ultra is large, heavy, and not the easiest to use one‑handed. Some users also find its flat sides and sharp edges uncomfortable. Also, the design evolution is more iterative than bold — you won’t find huge visual surprises over its predecessor.
