Very easy to navigate and understand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy 25 ultra with galaxy AI makes everyday functions a breeze. Whether it's using voice to easily open apps when you're too busy with your hands or even pausing videos so you can step away. There is no other brand for me other than samsung.

This product has a great camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has the best camera of any phone that I have seen. It has a nice size screen and great battery life. It has large memory bank and Galaxy AI helps with anything you may need. Super pleased with my purchase.

Not perfect, I miss my OnePlus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung tries too hard to get you to use its app suite. I have been using OnePlus phones exclusively for a decade before getting the S25 Ultra. I kinda wish I didn't switch. I miss my volume-vibrate-mute slider on the side of the phone. I miss being able to unlock the screen by just entering my 4-digit pin without having to press OK afterwards. I miss being able to change volume from the lockscreen or while the screen is off. I wish Samsung gave us OPTIONS for these features rather than forcing them upon us! Android has always been known to give its user great control. Samsung seems to be going backwards in that regard. The only thing I've found an improvement over OnePlus is the battery life which is great and lasts long, like 3 days with frequent usage. I'd have to charge my OnePlus twice in one day.

Fast, connected, and AI integrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Galaxys S25 Ultra to replace my S21 Ultra, and the differences and upgrades are staggering.
From the quality of video and photos, to the integrated AI and pen, the Galaxy S25 Ultra stands out as a massive upgrade.
Games and productivity apps are super responsive thanks to the upgraded processing power. Battery lifetime also seems to be extended.
One of my favorite features is the ability to zoom during video recording with relatively smooth transitions between lenses. No more jarring or awkward pinching to get in on that detailed shot or losing the player while zooming in to get that winning goal!

LOVE THESE PRODUCTS

This phone is amazing. Long battery life, phenomenal picture and videos.
The stylus being a big point for me as my hands don't always wore. Storage being extensive. I'd gotten the ultra 3 years ago. And would remain a galaxy user whenever possible.
And the galaxy AI Is so incredibly smart

Why take away good things?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that my device is okay but you took away live messages and the Bluetooth option for S Pen. I was really upset and frustrated when I realized that you get away with these things I understand that I'm part of the small percentage of people who actually used it but those small percentage matter. So my review is based off of my disappointment pretty much but I will say I do like the flat screen better than the raised screen on the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra. The reason that I upgraded was because my phone got cracked on the screen and my husband and I thought it was a good idea to go ahead and upgrade so we did and then I find out that you did away with some features and I really want to go back to the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra but if he could upgrade if you could maybe do some software changes Maybe if that's possible maybe you could give back the loud messages cuz I really enjoyed that

Love the AI features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy S25 Ultra is great for gaming and especially when using the AI features and capabilities. I've made some short videos and used AI to write emails and improve condolences. I wrote one condolence and let AI tweak it and my folks on Facebook were so heartened by it. I also took pictures of my grandson and converted it to an AI image.
Speaking of pictures, I'm not a picture taking person but the ones I've shared had comments about how great they came out. I've even effortlessly streamed videos and pictures to my Samsung TV and laptop Book4.
The screen seems to have better pictures and the sound that comes from my S25 Ultra's speakers are clear and loud. The best part is the Samsung ecosystem that connects effectively to my Samsung's Watch 7, Ring, laptop and TV.
