Ultra the Excellence at its best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just start by sharing exactly what I think about my s twenty five, ultra, first and foremost, it is a fast device, it helps me. You can get work done. It helps me beating social media and keep up with new trends. It also gets me updated with new information on a daily basis with the new AI gemini is a great assistant, and, I just need to communicate with my phone and ask for crucial information on the go. So far, I have not had a single problem with my device. Also I have share content in other platforms about the Galaxy phones and let me tell you I will never change brands. I have been a loyal customer. For the past 15 years
Every time I have a new update, I learn new things and it feels like a brand new device with new features, new graphics the phone is definitely a top of the line. Must have device in this age.

Complicated but sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung S25 Ultra comes equipped with what they call " Galaxy AI " and let me tell you, it makes me feel like a grandma and I'm just about to be in my 4th decade of life. I don't understand half how to even pull up the clock let alone learn all this AI stuff. Everything I do, it seems Galaxy AI wants to add/change what I'm trying to do. There must be a button or something I'm hitting to make it turn on. This phone is awesomely sturdy and seems well worth the expense; however, I need to make it work better for me. And that's not quite happening. I WISH there was some one that could virtually assist me since I'm also disabled and can't get out to a store to bug someone to teach me how to use this device. Pretty sad that as soon as I got this and locked in, the edge came around. Maybe I'll be fortunate and be able to upgrade soon.

Good upgrade from last phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall phone quality is great. This phone feels lighter than my previous phone (s24 ultra). The screen is great as usual. I miss the bluetooth functionality of my stylus but this one is ok. The speakers sound good. The cameras for photos and videos are excellent as always. The design needs to be changed. It's old already. Samsung you're known to innovate so innovate.

Being able to use my phone to make notes or use the screen write feature makes life easier when needing to capture information quickly.
Also love the screen record capability.
