Lost what's important to me

As a long time Galaxy user, this model is a dissapointment!
- taking a screenshot doesn’t always work, asking Bixby to do it makes him repeat your request
- subtle notification sounds are gone, they are longer and annoying
- importing contacts puts them in folders
- right lower button makes it easy to disconnect phone calls!
- emergency number accidentally gets pressed with some apps!
- bring back led notifications!
- battery percentage is too small to read
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Less usefull features that S24U. Dont upgrade.

Higher price with less usefull features. Simple thing like taking being able to take photos with the pen were remove. But useless AI and things that force options that want to force to collect your data to share with there partners and still your data. The newer phones seems to be downgrades more that upgrades. Last android phone.

Terrible camera 10x zooming and fake moon zooming

Terrible camera zoom like the s23 ultra I have. I tried the 10x zoom on the S25 ultra and its blurry, unclear and out of focus and it ruined many many videos I try to take. ... I dont recommend Samsung anymore specially that they bluff people about the moon zooming and it turned out its a disgusting software trick and not an actual zoom!! .... shame on you and remove these 3 cameras and keep one because the rest two are not functional!!

Had samsung since the s3. First time disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jave been a loyal samsung customer since I bought my first samsung s3 phone. Ive bought samsung tvs (currently have 3), washers, dryers, ear buds, watches. Ive had the s3, the note 5 and 10, the s21, and s22 ultra. But this s25 ultra is horrible. The flat screen makes it hard to get to the edge with a case on it. It is no where near as bright as the s22,23,24 models. It constantly freezes even if I keep only 1 or 2 apps running at once. And even completely crashes randomly turning itself off and back on without any warning. The battery life is terrible and if it runs out completely it takes to long to build enough charge before ot will allow you to turn it back on. The "Galaxy AI" wants to answer even the simplest of questions by making you read through an article to find the answer. I find the google assistant to be way more helpful. The camera is the only part of this phone that lives up to the samsung name in my opinion. I paid way to much for this phone to be left feeling like I ended up with a non flagship phone best case scenario.

Constant restarts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent device when it's working. Phone randomly restarts 5-10 times a week since receiving it. Completed my own troubleshooting and with support, complete device resets, tried in safe mode, avoided restoring from a backup even.

This phone has a great camera

A worthwhile upgrade

The screen is sharper and brighter, the interface is snappy and smooth and the camera is significantly improved. Haven't had any problems so far and I'm enjoying the phone very much.
