So far, it is just like my Samsung S22 Ultra. I don't see much of a difference except I have more storage. I have always loved the Samsung phones though.
Much faster. However, wish options a d apps would be completely reset. Help us find the options easier instead of burying them deeper or moving them. Allow options that we don't want (Bixby) to be completely removed.
My S10+ had the volume controls on the left. I liked that arrangement better. And it is difficult to swipe to find the "tools" page. You have to stay to the far right of the top of the phone and swipe down. With my other phone, it was just a swipe down from anywhere at the top. I find myself swiping for the tools, and getting the notifications page instead. Also, it is difficult to do a screenshot with the S25Ultra. This phone seems to favor right-handed users as opposed to leftys.
The phone works great. Screen is amazing and the speed is out of this world. I love it! I love the way it feels in my hands and the pictures are the best they have ever been!

wasn't impressed... very slow and drowsy plus pen is not bluetooth
