One of the best smartphones out there!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a longtime fan of Samsung Notes, the usefulness alone, has always been appealing! The newest features, along with the SPen, great camera, and other practical tools, have always made integrating my business and personal daily life seamless. The Samsung 25ultra is by far the best Samsung I've had. Along with Galaxy AI, the processor, and great camera, I literally can do anything for running my business with my phone! Galaxy AI is SO helpful for many things. If I don't know how to anything business wise or even in my daily life, there is Galaxy AI there to explain it to me and give me the actual sources to know the right way to do certain things

Fantastic device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Galaxy user for many years. The S25 Ultra is one of the best phones I've had the pleasure of using. There's great functionality and I've really enjoyed using the SPen that comes with the phone. This is my first foray into using the pen and it's made notes and other things so much faster. I didn't realize what I was missing without having the pen on my other devices.
I've used a small amount of the AI features so far and love the easy ability to call on Bixby and Google at a whim from across the room. It's come in handy when I've had my hands full with laundry or while working on a painting project or other craft.
I absolutely love the camera features and am excited to put more of the tools to use in the future. Outstanding job Samsung!

Do better, Samsung!!

This is honestly infuriating. I only bought the Galaxy S25 because my S24 broke (my fault). Otherwise, I would have NEVER upgraded, and now I regret it. There is NOTHING here that feels like an upgrade. Specs are basically the same as the S24, which I actually loved. But what really crossed the line is Samsung REMOVING Bluetooth from the S Pen. Losing the wireless camera shutter is a straight-up downgrade. That feature mattered. I used it. And Samsung just decided to take it away. Charging flagship prices while quietly removing features is unacceptable. This feels lazy, greedy, and completely out of touch with loyal users. If Samsung keeps downgrading phones instead of improving them, this will absolutely be my last Galaxy device. You’re making it very easy to consider switching to the "i" cult next time. Do better!!! This ain’t it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over heats and cannot be held in hand

The phone overheats then restarts itself. The phone gets so hot that you can not hold it with your hands. It happens at random multiple times per day. I REALLY LIKE THE PHONE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS ISSUE MAKES IT UNUSABLE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
