Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been so happy with my S25 Ultra I do not want to give it up! There have been some amazing offers sent my way for the S26 Ultra it is difficult to pass up and I know the trade in value is only going to go down from now. The thing is I have fallen in love with this S25 and of course Galaxy AI, the features, use ability, & the ease of use are well above any phone Samsung has released in the last few years in my opinion.

I always get rave reviews of the photos I take with this phone. It is amazing how I can bank, shop, create photos, listen to music, watch entertainment, and of course... keep in close contact through text, video, and phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the day I have received this phone it has replaced my dslr camera. It takes such good pictures and video that I cant bring myself to pick up my dslr camera anymore and lug it and its accessories around when I have a phone that takes pictures just as good and can fit in my pocket. Plus the extra AI features take my pictures to the next level. Its time to upgrade to the newer phone and im so excited to see what new features samsung has in store for me.

The decline of Samsung

I’m giving the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra one star specifically because of the camera behavior, which is fundamentally broken for anyone who knows how to take a photo.
When I tap to focus on a subject, the phone does not consistently respect that input. It will often switch lenses or refocus at the moment the photo is taken, resulting in a completely different image than the one I composed. This leads to blurry or misfocused photos, even when I’ve clearly selected my subject.
This is not user error, it’s the software overriding deliberate input. A camera should treat focus selection as a command, not a suggestion. I'm sure somebody's patent themselves on the back for this but you shouldn't. It is user hostile.
The aggressive auto lens switching and focus “optimization” actively interfere with both casual and intentional photography. Even point-and-shoot users are affected, because the device can change focus mid-capture.
The only reliable workaround is to use Pro mode or manually lock focus, which defeats the purpose of having an advanced automatic camera system.
This is a design flaw, not a feature. Until Samsung allows users to fully disable automatic lens switching and forces the camera to respect focus lock, the camera experience is inconsistent and frustrating. A flagship device should not require manual override just to take a basic, in-focus photo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features on this phone. It runs flawless, the camera is amazing. You can zoom in and see detail on everything and its in focus. I love the galaxy AI feature especially with my photos. My grandma passed this yr and my daughter was devastated, with the AI I was able to create a unique picture with her and her tiny grandma lol. Call quality is perfect. The Hotspot is great, I can still use my phone while the kids watch a movie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung for everything. Galaxy AI helps me when I forget something or need to know more. I pay bills, take photos, videos, call my friends and family. Its just endless. I will never use another device. I have stayed true to Samsung Galaxy for years and also bought them for my two daughters. The pen is amazing for drawing. Linking the calendar with family so we never forget important dates. Some of the best pictures I've ever taken have been on my phone. I can handle everyday things, record phone calls if needed , ask questions and find things I need. The memory is a great amount especially having Ultra. The security is top tier. Helping me store my passwords and log in with biometrics is so helpful. I honestly can say this is a big part of every day life. Even helping me with great apps and gps. This phone never runs slow and it charges quickly. Im proud to be a Samsung Galaxy family.

Samsung S25 Ultra Plus

One of the main pluses have to be the exceptional camera each version includes. When I learned of the Galaxy S25 Ultra plus I was very intrigued. It has five lenses so it, and the added features sold me on upgrading from my S21. I am so taken with this gem of a phone. The ease of operation is astounding. The best decision I ever made. The camera takes professional quality pictures and surprise, Videos that are breathtaking. Thank you Samsung. The Galaxy series is in a league of it's own. Bravo.

Samsung with Galaxy AI Unmatched

Used to use the other company's phones but switched about 10 years ago because there is no comparison. The Samsung phones have always been better with performance and features. The addition of Galaxy AI has made it just thay much better!
