Bought 30th of January. This phone lacks and I feel i got ripped off. Camera WAS good and now I'm doing warranty because it no longer works. Pen was a huge disappointment. It's fast but that's it. UI is terrible and seems more difficult than what it needs to be. AI isn't worth losing a 24 ultra.

Not worth the Cost.

There are too many useless apps loaded onto the device by the manufacturer. They market the phone based on its AI performance, but it has little appeal. The fit and finish could be improved. It is too large to be on a belt clip. In addition, the screen scratches too easily. I'll resell this and buy an unlocked older phone. I regret the purchase; it is genuinely not worth the money. At this price point, I expect a phone that is tough, well-made, has plenty of storage, has long battery life, and is not laden down with ridiculous apps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there Matt, we appreciate you sharing your experience of your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with us. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continue to strive for innovation and devices that truly excite our customers during usage every day. If you are finding the display to be scratching too easily, we do offer screen protectors for your device for the additional peace of mind. If you are wanting to wear your phone on your belt with the clip but finding this device to be too large for that usage, the Samsung Galaxy S25, or Galaxy S25+ may have the size and weight you are seeking. Lastly, we have provided a link to the complete manual for your device to discover additional ways that the features or Galaxy AI can enhance your experience, and another to the Samsung Support Team if you ever have questions about your Samsung products. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth\nProduct Manuals\nhttps://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/\nSamsung Support\nsmsng.us/Samsung-Support\nSamsung Community\nsmsng.us/Samsung-Community\nFacebook\nsmsng.us/Facebook-Messenger\nX\nhttps://smsng.us/X-Messages

My husband & I have both used Samsung phones for years now, loved them. Until we both got these S25 Ultra phones back in the spring. My phone has had the most continuous problems from the start. Hard to set up, hard to understand, & hard to control - just touch a page & it jumps to another page or the sound just goes up or down on it's own, no matter what I set. I have had this strange message that pops up on my screen many times a day, something about my husband's phone, but they are not connected. It stays on the screen a few seconds & then goes away. Don't know where it comes from, what it means, or how to stop it. I did the settings like my last phone, but this new one has a mind of it's own. I don't feel secure. Would give anything to get my old S23 phone back!

The a I features are everything. But intelligent the voice detects leaves punctuation in places. Is does not belong. Thank you. It suggests words that don't even make sense and half the time. After you've already prove reddit, it still goes back and changes it when you press send.I absolutely hate s twenty five i'm using voice to text now.So i'm sure you won't even be able to understand what i'm trying to get across it's more like artificial ignorance

Great features are gone.

I went from note10 to this and I couldn't be more unhappy. They added 100x zoom and removed tons of great features. This thing is almost useless. The s-pen is fully useless now. The button has no purpose. The camera lost almost all functions. There is no copy memory for pasting. Tha autocorrect is extremely annoying and doesn't help at all like it use to. I cannot view thousands of pictures and videos that were taken with the 5 ansmd 10. It refuses to keep wifi off. I have to turn it off several times per day. I now have to press enter after entering my pin to unlock screen. The thumb print works if my thumb isn't clean, moist, hot, cold, dry or dirty. I cannot preview messages before unlocking screen. There is no card slots. With a decent case, the side bar is nearly impossible to access. The front camera view is narrow and the one adjustment makes almost no difference. Atleast 10% of messages don't go through. Cross compatibility with onedrive is awkward and there is no way to backup there. Only sync which brings a whole new set of issues. Calls often drop while on hold. It deletes the last several words from onenote when app is closed. If I zoom in on the moon, it snaps in a google pic of the moon. Talk to text is impossible and it always spells out all punctuations. Sharing things is several more steps now. 5G is 1/4 the speed 4G was. Pages take several seconds to load or download images and video. I have AT&T unlimited and it was always fast with previous phones. So we traded all that and more for 100x zoom that lies to us. This thing is a disgrace for Samsung.
