Problems with the charging port and liquid detect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with my Samsung Galaxy S5 Ultra hasn't been the best. Just a few months after buying it new, the system started malfunctioning, saying there was water in the charging ports even though no liquid had ever gotten in. It got to the point where I could only charge the phone wirelessly. Fed up with the situation, I requested a replacement phone. Everything was fine until the same problem started appearing. It also doesn't charge quickly, even with its original fast chargers, and there's a problem with the charging cable tip: it only charges one way and not the other. I have an S23 Ultra and I never had any problems with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for a while now, and it easily deserves 5 stars. This phone feels like it was designed to do everything—and do it extremely well.
The display is absolutely stunning. It’s bright, smooth, and perfect for everything from watching videos to everyday scrolling. I personally use it a lot for gaming, and it handles everything I throw at it without any lag or overheating. Games run incredibly smooth, and the large screen really makes the experience more immersive.
Performance is just as impressive. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and switching between things like games, messages, and music is seamless. I also use it daily for listening to music, and the sound quality is clear and powerful whether I’m using headphones or the speakers.
The camera is one of the biggest highlights. Photos come out incredibly detailed, even in low light, and the zoom is seriously impressive. It’s replaced my need for a separate camera in most situations.
Battery life easily gets me through a full day, even with gaming and streaming music throughout the day. The build quality feels premium and durable, and the S Pen is a great bonus—it’s surprisingly useful for notes and quick edits.
The Galaxy AI features are a great addition and actually useful. I use them for things like quick summaries, helping organize information, and making everyday tasks faster and easier. It feels like the phone is working with me instead of just being a device.

Great Phone overall....but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'll start by saying that this is a Great Phone. It is impossible to really know everything this phone has to offer in the time I've had it. But my Favorite thing about this phone is the Camera. I have found new life in the way I capture photos to have great memories of my day to day. Biggest negative of the phone would have to be the battery. Although better than in past generations it is still hard to get through most days without needing a charge. I do love the addition of Galaxy AI Support so much though that I find myself going hours trying to figure out all the things it can do. Amazing work. Thanks
