Not very impressed. I have owned Samsung plus models for 14 years and I finally went to the ultra and I'm kinda sorry I did. I should have gotten another plus. Not worth the extra money. I mostly got a new phone because over time the battery doesn't hold the charge. well this ultra runs out of battery within a day and my plus lasts at least 2 days, So quite disappointed. I thought it was much bigger than it is as well. It's not that different from the plus models except for the pen that you can use and I don't.
In addition I hate that they took the option of a micro SD card out of the phones. I really want them to put that back. It only forces people to have to buy more memory on the phone which they charge for and or to buy space on the cloud which I do not want to do. Also I think it's incredibly irresponsible that we cannot get a new battery for our phones. We have to throw them away and then this stuff goes in a garbage heap Or they resell them and make money on them again for people who can't afford a new phone. It's not very green.
I've been devoted to Samsung for years But it might be time to look for a new brand.
Or maybe Samsung could be innovators and Make phones that are green and responsible to the Earth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "After a few days with my S25 Ultra, I can confidently say it's an incredible device. The design feels premium and sturdy, and the new titanium finish is a nice touch. The processor handles everything I throw at it without a single hiccup, and the battery consistently gets me through a full day, even with heavy usage of social media and streaming. The camera system is incredibly versatile, and I'm especially impressed with the new ultrawide lens and the improved zoom. The AI capabilities are subtle but effective, making tasks more efficient. I appreciate the opportunity using this device

Disapointingly painful transition from S24U
on February 10, 2025

Received 2 days ago and still have not completed the transition. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and missed many things. It seems none of the app passwords transferred so every app must be initialized with new password resets. Apps that I have not had to login to for years needed to be virtually reinstalled and configured from ground zero. Most frustrating is the samsung app. Password errors continuously. Password reset does not work and hav to be redone countless times.Login works on my PC but not on the phone. VERY frustrating!! Lastpass does not work like on the S24U meaning virtually all passwords needed to be sourced externally and entered manually. I am done buying new phones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the new AI features and the size. I had the galaxy s24 and it was to small for me. But the galaxy s25 ultra seem just right i love how fast everything works and moves the screen looks so clear my only problem is that the S pen is no longer Bluetooth. Was a little disappointed but it's one feature I can do without I guess. I hope in the future that a stand alone will be available to purchase. Other then that amazing phone.

Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed setting the phone up having come from the Flip 4, there are alot of differences between the two. It has taken some time to get used to the size of the phone in comparison but at the time I wanted a phone that was smaller and it worked for my needs.
My biggest takeaway so far is the battery! Before I knew around 5pm I would be running low on power but with this, I am charging it every other day! I am enjoying the larger screen and the ease of use when typing messages or emails.
AI has been helpful as I am just starting to incorporate that into my daily use but it is fast and responsive for anything I have asked.
I have noticed I don't really use the S Pen but that doesn't suprise me as not having one before I have yet to see the need, but it is nice knowing I have it as an option.
There are alot of customizable features that I find myself trying to see if they work for me, and most I have kept as they seem to work well. One of those is having the same finger on each hand to unlock the phone. I never really thought about it until I set it up and now it makes sense as you don't have to even think about how to unlock your phone.
I also enjoy the sound when listening to music, I am very suprised at how well the speakers actually sound on this phone and how loud they are.
Overall I really like the phone, it takes fantastic pictures, and just functions as you would expect for someone coming from a lesser phone.

The new S25 Ultra is better than the rest! Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this new phone is amazing with a great feel. You can feel the quality when holding. I previously had the S22 Ultra & before that I faithfully stuck with the Note phones. This phone is the best yet. The audio delete feature is a feature I have always needed & didn't know I needed! Super sleek design that is unlike any other. My profession is with social media, direct sales and marketing. Now working with my new phone, where I do 99% of my business, tasks, lives, training videos, the quality of my work has surprisingly increased. Sharp & crisp professional shows. I must multitask daily, I need to be in as many as 5 different apps at the same time. Trasnition between all of those apps is perfect, seamless! Thank you for helping my business take a step forward in a touch market.
