[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not tech savvy and this phone makes me feel empowered. I do not feel overwhelmed. Most product with great features can be intimidating, but this flows very easy and I'm actually comfortable with trying new and updated things out on my phone. The Galaxy AI is not like a push car salesman. AI responds as requested, but certainly had helped me out in a few pinches. I love my camera features so far.. . I'm still learning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy S 8 was my first phone 9 years back. Since then I have switched to S 10, S 23 ultra, S 24 ultra and now using S 25 ultra. I just love everything about this phone. The display, the battery, the camera, and the speed. This phone had never let me down. And the smart features and Galaxy AI are so fun to use and it makes feel like thing are so much developed around me. I just love everything about this device.

good with everything except the charger humidity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new s25 ultra. I'm one of those who wait 2 years before changing models and I've seen some improvements like the battery, the charging speed, the processing speed. The only bad thing is that when the charging port gets wet it lasts up to 2 or even 3 days, and the humidity message appears in the charging port. When I get it wet, I have to use a hair dryer to close the charging port compared to my s23 ultra, where in a few hours I could charge it without problems. That's the only complaint I have with my new phone.

The display is gorgeous and super bright, the cameras capture insane detail—even at night—and performance is lightning fast for gaming or multitasking. Battery lasts all day and charges quickly, and the S Pen is perfect for notes and sketches. Easily the best Android phone I’ve used for years.
