As an IT Support Engineer, I rely heavily on my phone to stay connected with teams across multiple platforms like Slack, Chime, and email, even when I’m on the move around our warehouse. The massive, high-resolution display makes remote support tasks easier, whether I’m reviewing tickets or pulling up diagrams and documentation. One feature I didn’t expect to use as much as I do is the S Pen. It's incredibly handy for quickly jotting down notes during stand up meetings or sketching out ideas for workstation layouts. I've even used it to annotate screenshots when providing troubleshooting steps to my team, it’s a surprisingly efficient tool in the field.
