Probably one of the best phones I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my new Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra and I have to say at first I was pretty overwhelmed coming from a different phone to this one but I'm loving everything about it so far. Everything runs so smoothly, the battery life is amazing and the customization is incredible I can't get enough. It was definitely worth the swap. As someone who doesn't use AI often I will say it's super easy to use on here especially with GalaxyAi.

This phone is very buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI seems to slow the phone down quite a bit and leaves it unresponsive all the time requiring a reboot to use the phone. I have since quit engaging with the Galaxy AI and still it's very buggy and frustrating to use. I should have stuck with the S24 ultra.
