Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Samsung person. I have only had Samsung phones for over 15 years. This is the first time I've been disappointed. The battery isn't as strong as it was on my s24 ultra, so it doesn't perform like i was expecting. But the worst thing is the s-pen! I relied on it so much, but now I can't use it. It lags, it glitches and I can't even use to take pictures anymore. I hope these issues are fixed for the s26, if not I'm going to have to try another phone, or worst, a different brand.

The phone is up-to-date and fast. The touchscreen is very responsive and easy. The videos and photos are excellent quality. It's very durable and steady.

Best phone yet has AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best phone I've ever had. I'm a Galaxy user for over 15 years now. I've used other brands as well, but nothing compares to Samsung when it comes to phones. Best ever made, from software to hardware. Best camera, best features, best battery, best icon layout. Never disappointed. I currently have another American brand as well, but Samsung will always be my primary phone.

Same Galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same Galaxy, different year. It’s a great phone—Samsung always is—but honestly, I don’t really notice any upgrades from the one I had two years ago. If anything, the camera feels like it used to be better. Kinda wish I would’ve gone with the flip, but oh well, stuck with it now. I’ll always be loyal to Samsung, but I can’t say I’m super thrilled with what I spent vs. what I got this time around. Still better than anything else out there… just not quite what I was hoping for.
