[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not disappointed at all, because Samsung has done it again. I upgraded from an S23 Ultra and am thrilled with the experience.
This S25 Ultra has been working amazingly. The integrated AI is more helpful than I anticipated. Coming from someone in their midlife, I wasn't too sure about using AI products because I thought they might be hard to learn. However, since it is baked into pretty much every aspect, it's made it a breeze.
I love the Now Brief as it summarizes in one spot the things I want to know first thing in the morning. I admit I'm a Samsung addict but it's because everything is made to high quality levels and works well. I have my phone paired to my Ring, my watch Ultra, and earbuds Pro. So, I am able to monitor my sleep, get easy and quick detailed information about my health journey, and stay updated on the news.
For me it isn't just the software, I really enjoy the more squared form of this phone. It's easier to hold, doesn't cause hand fatigue, and the screen is brilliant. The button layout makes sense and I was afraid the AI button on the side would be something I would often press accidentally but it hasn't been an issue.
The phone has been very good to watch YouTube, movies, and play my games on. There is no lag, everything is snappy and crisp. The audio sounds much better on this phone as well.
I believe anyone looking for an Android experience to move into the AI world we're in won't be disappointed.

Not just a phone... THE phone

The OS is flawless, the batter is insane, the camera's are out of this world (the audio eraser is awesome), and everything is just better! Samsung knocked it out of the park with this. Great Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the experience has been pretty solid from start to finish. The phone arrived on time (3 days earlier iirc), and transferring data from my previous device (S23 Ultra) was effortless thanks to Samsung’s Smart Switch.
The latest processor and improved RAM make everything noticeably faster. Perhaps it is early days, but I have not experienced any lag or freezes using the phone.
The new AI-esque photo editing is another solid feature I have enjoyed using. The S25 Ultra delivers on al lot of fronts, whether it be speed, usability, and camera performance. If you're considering an upgrade, this will be absolutely worth it!

People who have problems with cell phones and what they can do will not be disappointed with this series. Its user friendly for all ages. The hightened security means no one is hacking or breaking into your phone and stealing your private information. Included is a stylus 🖊 You just need to try it for yourself you wont be disappointed. On a scale from 1 to 10 this phone is definitely a 10. Thanks for taking the time to read my experience .

I thought it would be difficult to adapt to the Android operating system after many years using iOS, but it was the opposite, I adapted quickly and the device does not lose anything to my old one.

Writing review on shop app. Very helpful. Also going from S21 Ultra 5g to S25 Ultra my biggest complaint about the S21 Ultra I never had space, my phone came loaded with apps I never used nor wanted. However; I did love it, but buying storage over & over was horrible. I'm hoping that I can (M3°) Customize my UP & Coming S25 Ultra. I'm a musician singer song writer, have played live with great bands like #OliviaTremorControl #NeutralMilkHotel #ElfPower #Elephant6 record label. On project With different members from each band with my mate also Jason, I say this to bare the seriousness of my career choice & an phenominal tool such as the S21 U, & S25 U AI I lost that potential for recording new ideas for songs or even new songs. Lost either through no where to store (space) or could get the apps (recording studio DAWs) to fit in phone due to all the nonsense apps I never needed.. I'm praying I can get this to work in my favor & I purchase a phone I truly can use for family friends & business and fans. Learning to code and a photographer, video Grapher and soon to be youtuber when I can afford lights, so I really need it to be customizable by me and another creator employee Samsung Genius. I'd give 1,000,00000000000☆☆☆☆☆☆as for now 3.5 because s21 u was for to much to do with no work of mine and to much to do with fun and outstanding fun it's been I love the cameras ND have been an Samsung loyal customer dor almost 19 years. So yeah I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
