[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using both iPhones and Samsung phones, I consider this the superior Samsung device I have experienced. While it warrants a near-perfect five-star rating, the absence of Bluetooth S Pen functionality necessitates a minor deduction. Otherwise, the AI performance is excellent, One UI 7 is exceptional, and the live transcription feature proves highly beneficial for communicating with my mother-in-law. The S Pen remains a valuable asset, consistently delivering an outstanding user experience. The audio eraser feature is also a fantastic feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great but the lack of the S-pen functionality makes it less than. It makes you miss the Note line up which had its clear identity. This phone just seems lost. Just like removing the spinning bezel from the Ultra watch. It seems so simple yet its absence is felt so profoundly.

Good upgrade so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Common from a 24U, not a huge upgrade but the enhanced AI features are nice. I also like the more rounded form factor over the previous boxy feel.
I like the smoothness of the phone overall. Coming from Pixel, it's nice to have a phone that has horsepower and adequate power.

Fresh is The Word

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seamless actions across apps works so good that I considered letting Gemini submit this review. This integrity won't let me do that. A full month later it still feels so fresh. I start and end my day with the now bar brief. The battery lasts all day, that's with heavy usage. My last phone was an s23 ultra and this absolutely feels like an upgrade. I'm learning how to use ai... and it's so much fun, dare I say, it's FRESH!
