A really great & reliable phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great phone. I have had a Galaxy version since way back when with the Galaxy IV...I have always been very happy with every Galaxy phone I have had. If I ever had any issues, I was always able to get it fixed relatively easy.
The 25 Ultra has been a very durable model. I have had this one alnost a year now. The battery life well exceeds 24hrs if you're not watching YouTube like I do...lol. The operating system is super easy to use, the settings are easy to navigate. I love the camera on the phone, photos are super clear and the settings are super easy to update and it even gives little hints to help you take better photos.
I was never a big user of any of the AI before I got this phone...however I have started use the Galaxy AI to get quick answers when I don't feel like typing, lol. The information that I get back is very clear and easily understandable.
Is this a reliable, easy to use and great phone? Yes it is. Would I recommend it, yes I would...Samsung is & always will be my preferred brand.

I have found a unique blend of performance in battery life from my new S25. I can highly recommend this purchase as it is met or exceeded all my needs.

Smooth operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speed of this phone is phenomenal, the AI interface is seamless and easy, especially when used with the SPen. The sound quality is great and the battery life is good as well. I play games and listen to podcasts throughout the day as well as normal phone functions with out having to charge often.

S25 Ultra - hits and misses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a nice phone and I would rate it four out of five stars. The Galaxy AI is an impressive part of the phone. It is very helpful for researching topics, translating text instantly and editing photos, which makes the device feel much more advanced than my old phone. The screen is very clear and overall the phone is fast.
The primary reason I am not giving it a perfect score is the forced transition to Google Messages. I personally prefer the original Samsung Messages app. I have also experienced several glitches and errors when trying to send/recieve attachments via text and when participating in group text messages. While the AI features are great, these communication issues are frustrating.
