Decide to change from S23U to S25U before S26 announcement is not easy. However, it's another amazing Samsung experience to extend my exploration journey.
Still learning. I had to change from my Note 9 because technology wouldn't update it security software. As an ex programmer, I know it can be done but the company chose not to. So that's what brought me to the s25 Ultra. It's definitely lighter in weight. One of the first things I found out is that it's hard to see the display battery use. Too small. I do look forward to learning more I wish they were better videos about all the things you can do. It would really speed up the learning curve.

The phone gets too hot as soon I started used not sure if the battery issue.

I'm using the s25 ultra as my personal device and the s24 ultra as the business device. I thought I won't perceive the difference but it is clear! The battery lasts around 25 hours and the screen is amazing.
