The best phone ever

Its 6.8" AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate delivers a stunning visual experience, perfect for gaming, streaming, and productivity. Powered by the latest Snapdragon processor and generous RAM, performance is buttery smooth—whether you're multitasking or playing demanding games.
The camera system is a standout feature. The 200MP main sensor captures incredible detail, even in low light, while the 10x optical zoom brings distant subjects closer with impressive clarity. 8K video recording is a great bonus for content creators.

Fine phone, doesn't feel like an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a galaxy s21 FE before upgrading to the s25 ultra and it doesn't feel like much has changed. Galaxy AI is great in concept but in practice I use other AIs much more as Galaxy AI lacks in many ways. The transcription feature during calls is an exciting addition but I have not had a need for it.. As such I've only used Galaxy AI when playing around with editing photos and even then wasn't impressed (image attached of photo edited using Samsung Galaxy AI, asking to add a dog to the photo)..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took advantage of terrific rebate in February thru Spectrum deal.. top notch cameras, & many other features, especially AI. In June started to get warnings of moisture and debris in charge port, UNPLUG immediately, when using charge cable.For days, couldn't charge brand new phone,was told had to return for repair ! Found on YT, clearing cache solves problem ... it did, bought wireless charger,as it still occurs occasionally

Sleek Phone, User Friendly, Great Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had both the S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra, so this S25 Ultra feels like a gorgeous continuation of improvement on an already pretty fantastic device. The best description that's coming to mind for me is that many of the changes are small but not minor. As in, the appearance of many things hasn't changed dramatically, but the usability and functionality has improved exponentially. As someone who was already familiar with the Galaxy S20 series, I found this to be the best of both worlds. I'm also a huge fan of the updated color choices and larger storage options.
I will say, I'm not a fan of AI much in general, so that's really my only complaint - the continued insistence to use Galaxy AI. I'm sure I could better manage this in settings, so I take partial responsibility.
Overall, I'm loving my experience with my phone. As mentioned, any complaints are simply based on personal preference vs an actual tech issue, and my lack of delving fully into all the settings. I plan on having this phone for as long as possible. It meets all my needs and then some.

Great features, amazing display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great. It has many useful features. The display is amazingly crisp and bright under sunny weather, the cameras are great. All the AI features work great and are very useful. The only downside this phone has compared to previous models, is the lack of Bluetooth support for the s-pen. It was a very useful feature that samsung should get back in future models
