Battery doesn't last. Heats up quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the screen jumps and then kind of looks like it's glitching almost and then it just freezes and you have to close the whole thing. This especially happens with the Amazon app running. It's very inconvenient. It sucks and the s pen flies out if you bump it on something, but it doesn't matter.It doesn't work anyway

So far the internet has got a good speed, it's clean. It was easy to do the apps. I just gotta go in and put passwords. And the fingerprint setup was easier than my other Android. And I'm just loving everything so far.

Great device, almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Galaxy s25 ultra is a great device. Everything from the screen, to the performance, cameras and all the way down to the UI. The AI features on this device are also spot on and way more advanced than any other phones that I've ever used. The only thing that I would improve on the phone is going back to a Bluetooth s pen and using the new battery tech to get a bigger battery size like every other phone this year.
