[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I love the s25 ultra the galaxy Ai features are very impressive compared to chat gpt the I'm a die heart Samsung customer I have the tv watch everything Samsung im very disappointed that the Bluetooth s pen was done away with that was almost my breaking point plz go back to the Bluetooth s pen support make Samsung great again 2025

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is very good. Upgraded from Note 10+. Battery life last a whole day. Once in a while the phone gets hot. Maybe the Galaxy AI is working hard. Camera is very good and I use the zoom for other purposes like reading small print, far away signs etc. My only complaint is there is no xd slot. And my carrier doesn't carry the 1TB model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI feature is a very nice feature. Downloads are very fast. The camera takes awesome pictures. I just like everything about the phone. I've upgraded from the s23 and while I loved that phone, this one is even better.

More hiccups than my old s21

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a lifelong Samsung user, phone, laptop, appliances, and tvs are all Sumsung. Recently, I upgraded my s21 to the s25 and, for the first time, I'm not fully satisfied with it. I've had a lot of issues with sounds on it. First, when I set it up all notifications were the exact same sound. Had to search online on how to fix and uninstall/reinstall apps to get some sounds back. Second, there has been a lot of issues with the phone still thinking it's in a call and only using the top speaker for media. I learned that I have to make sure any calling apps are closed out before I can get the sound right again (easy enough to do, but I still shouldn't have to do it). Third, a lot of times when I'm scrolling it'll pop up telling me to unmute my sound to hear the video, even when my sound is up or the page that Im scrolling has all the videos muted because I didn't want to hear them. I also feel like I have worse signal on this phone than I did my s21 and notice calls breaking up more. Are any of these enough to make me switch phones? No. Are they annoying? Yes. Hoping things like this will be fixed with a software update. Haven't used much of the new features yet, but look forward to trying out the Galaxy AI and translation tools.
