I've always been an ultra user but recently I tried the flip 6 it did not measure up to the ultra but it still had some good features. My ultra does a great job with arranging apps and battery Performance is phenomenal

When I buy a touch screen sometimes is not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't get the 50-dollar discount Samsung shop app is trouble I ordered many times and canceled and ordered again problem same earbuds price showing 19 dollars something and they charged me 79 dollars cents when I bought a new phone 25ultra touch screen sometimes did not work and a few apps not work properly I contacted the assistant but the assistant could not help me with that issue and disconnected when need help with a conversation I tried again the next assistant did the same they are not helping me when need help a help every one poor experience this time helper don't care the customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is fast and powerful with nice features. My favorite is the camera which produces very clear pictures and super zooming. This is an upgrade from an s24+ and my second ultra. The titanium build is another confidence builder which gives more protection in the event of a drop. Samsung is my go-to maker for tablets and cell phones. I do recommend it to folks who currently do not have an Ultra.
The S Pen comes with the device and I have used it. I might add that the pen does not have Bluetooth capability. The phone is easy to handle if you have arthritic hands. The speakers are crisp, clear, and have plenty of volume which helps people with hearing impairment. So far, I'm satisfied!

Big Phone with Big Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great phone. Battery last thru the day, with excessive use. Screen is big and bright. Apps work great. Camera is AWESOME. So many features and AI assistance. Wish the spen worked better, but still useful. Big upgrade from s23, highly recommend. The switch is seamless. Complete seamless actions across apps, “Now Brief and Audio Eraser are just a few of the upgrades on this device. So many more and the AI on this phone could be a game changer!
