[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capabilities beyond what you thought possible! Very fast, visuals, sounds, and connectivity is unprecedented! Speed of downloads/uploads running multiple down/uploads features! Has satellite and cellular service connectivity! Wifi 7, Bluetooth with nearby share or search, AI assistance in composing messaging, email, image generated fill in or remove objects!! New capabilities, functions, features I'm still finding out and the navigation and customization feature are actually awesome to have!! And don't get my started on the battery life from full charge to empty with moderate use in LLM to keep going for a few days!! I'm extremely satisfied and proud to be a samsung member as I've always have been a return and repeat customer!!! Have a customer loyalty for life!! Thank you for making such greatly manufactured products!! GALAXY AI

Great phone. Pokemon go makes it mad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for steam link, youtube, some games and twitch. Overall solid phone but it does not seem to like pokemon go as much as S23 ultra did. That said I still need to install assets to rule that being the issue out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I even start with this magnificent piece of tech. Everything from the ui, menus, Galaxy Ai, accessibility, camera and so much more is just top notch on the s25+. I've taken the best photos ever using this camera. It has so many options and I love its night feature. Another reason this phone is the best is the Galaxy Ai. It can help in a huge range from modifying photos to asking how to cook the best eggs. Literally a life and time saver. The phone also fits perfectly in my hand and is never uncomfortable to use. I can also customize the menus and ui to make it tailored to my liking which I've never been able to do on another phone before. I seriously recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade or get their first phone.

Now I don't have to do much clicking and typing to get answers I could simply hold onto a bottom and ask away or even better, I could conversate with my phone. It provides really great tips.

Big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very unhappy with this phone. The pull down menu I had on my S23+ is gone. It's very inconvenient to go digging for the basic phone features that were at my fingertips before. Secondly, the keyboard and touch screen don't work properly. Completely different letters and punctuation appear than what I typed. It's so aggravating to go back and fix all the mistakes that never appeared on my S23+. Thirdly, the icons across the top including the time, notifications, bars and power indicator have been made way too small and are illegible on the S25+. I have contacted T-Mobile, Samsung, and consulted online chat rooms in an effort to adjust their size to be larger. But nothing has worked. And if Samsung is going to hide all these so-called "new features" then some training needs to be provided with the sale of each new phone. I would love to go back to my S23+ rather than continue to struggle with this new phone
