Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI is not as sophisticated as Google's AI and there is numerous things going on with my phone that I never had when I on the pixel. I was a die-hard Samsung fan for many years and then due to circumstances I had pixel phones for several years now I went back to Samsung and I'm beginning to doubt it was a good move.

Overall satisfied with the usability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly used for personal reasons, banking apps, email and social media. Streaming watching movies, some light gaming mainly free downloads from play store.
Don't really use the AI for the phone, typically use chatGPT.
One thing that to me seems to be an issue is the battery life has left a little to be desired. Charge doesn't seem to last as long as it did, which I understand can be expected. Other than that no real issues with anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s25 Plus is a great phone. The clear pictures and videos is also a plus. The storage on this device is awesome as well. It has a lot of Galaxy AI features that you can also use with your phone that works awesome. I'm looking to upgrade just to see if the s26 works just as good as the s25 Plus.
