[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a proud owner of Samsung products. My televisions, washer & dryer, and my last three or four phones are Samsung.
My most recent phone, I waited for a week rather than go with the 24+. I figured the support would be there longer.
I had this phone less than a year when I could only charge it on a charging pad. Then, the connection to my computer failed so I couldn't dump my pictures.
Some how along the way the charging port started working again and I can dump pictures but the phone is picky about the cord used.
So, it's been interesting, but I'm still a Samsung fan.

I like using the camera to take lots of pictures of my pets and scenery around my beautiful town where I live. It's my go to computer when I need to find something or someone. Great invention, the cell phone.

The phone drops signal regularly in urban and suburban areas.
This is my least favorite phone in a long list over time.
