This is my first Samsung in 10 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a lot of time using a different brand and was not at all happy. I have returned to Samsung with very pleasant surprise in all the amazing new aspects of today's galaxy 25+. Sleek design, better cameras, newer menu design. Faster data with a better antenna. I enjoy using my new phone and wow effect on the display and adjustable portions helping my older eyes view written word and videos just seam to pop off its screen with clear and vivid detail. Vocal speech enhancement with noise reduction allows hearing more clearly what is said than any other device I've previously owned.
I haven't yet explored the Gemini AI but plan to in the near future. I am positive the experience will be as amazing as all the new features I have found on my Samsung 25+ already. At my many years of age, all the new features has made my decision to return the best choice I have made for this year. It is going to be hard to beat. I recommend this device to persons of all ages. With Samsung you receive far more than just a phone and computer like experience they give you bare none customer service and community. Thank you Samsung

Feel like i paid for the same thing i had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had a note 20 ultra 5g. I loved it. The battery started swelling, which means I needed a new phone! I have been a avid Samsung user since 2011 with the galaxy s3. I have worked my way up to the s25+. I love the phone. Yet it doesn't feel much different than my old one features wise. I love using the AI feature, but not enough to justify the price of these phones. I love playing games on my old phone and nervous that with lack of a SD card that I will run out of room. I dont delete pics or videos so that's another factor. The camera is mid quality. My note 20 had way better cameras. Its frustrating because I want to love this phone out of loyalty. Yet im finding it hard to justify. Sorry Samsung.
