Samsung has gone down hill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has gone down hill since the S10. Phone overheats on wireless charger, struggles with connection and I live in a city and it's much bigger than the s21+ which is problematic for people with smaller hand that want the better features. Ai is difficult to navigate, I used to be able to say "txt so-and-so" now, with the new phone I try to do it. It tells me I have to change a security setting, but there is no security setting that I can change for it to work.

This Samsung Galaxy s25 Plus outdoes any other pho

I work remotely and I'm heavily reliant on my phone for quick processing and I have found with the new Galaxy AI available Google Gemini assistant is phenomenal. The resolution on my photos is just perfect. I can take photos and much clearer video than I ever could before whether it's at night low light conditions whatever the case may be.

The software is the phone is simple to use with alot of features especially when it comes to the camera, I find that the camera ui is beautiful as it gives a sense of freedom never before seen in my previous device.

Buuuuut this s25+ is my favorite phone ever!! The Galaxy AI is amazing, Gemini is my new bff!
I love playing with the drawing assist with the kids, it's super fun!!
