Love the new phone it takes amazing pictures...... but the trade in process could be better. We have tried to drop the old phone off at 3 different att stores. And they all said they can't take the phone we have to mail it in.

I dont dislike the phone but i switched from the iphone so this one is taking time to get used to. Thanks to the Anytime Trade in, i'm able to switch sooner than a year.
