Change the software

I use eARC and headphones due to a hearing disability. But using eARC disables the internal speaker, so that no one else can hear. It should be a software option to mute the speaker or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The picture is awesome. This is my 4th Samsung TV; it is the best so far. Multiple HDMI connections and built in Wi-Fi and ethernet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The t.v. itself is great. We are older people used to scrolling t v. Stations so we are having difficulty with this new type of format

I have had this tv about 3 months. It's a great tv. It's smart, it is important.... the screen is huge...its very sleek and pretty. The functioning is easy as well I can jump from app to app or live TV with one button. I have not mounted the TV yet so I don't know how that will go but it seems the perfect size to put on a wall.
