Great when it’s good

I’ve purchased multiple Samsung tvs and have had factory issues with at least two of them and they did not stand behind the product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love everything about this TV except the remote. It is too difficult to relearn how to use for someone who has memories issues. It is not user friendly. That is the only reason for the 4 starts. It has a great picture! I would not recommend.

This is the worst tv ever. If you aren't perfectly lined up with the sensor you can't change the channel. The apps lag or won't work at times. The Hulu app always states that it can't be played due an error, but the same app works perfectly fine on all other tv's in the house except this one. My daughter has the exact same model of this tv and hers works just fine which is why I purchased this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a decent tv for the price. Wouldn’t buy another Samsung unless it’s a very high end tv. This one is incredible slow and the response time on the remote is seconds sometimes.

My best friend tv
