We bought the tv about two weeks ago!! It is Great!!!!! We love it!! The picture is crystal clear and it is so fast loading the streaming apps!! We love it!! All my appliances are Samsung and will always be!! Love the brand!!❤️

Not your best option

the TV seems to keep losing connection to my wifi network, even though the antenna is only 20 feet away. Then doesn't want to reconnect, despite every other device I check having no problems. Poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Grandma can navigate most options!

My Samsung 55” has a beautiful image but the remote is junk, I replaced the remote, downloaded phone app the works sometimes. It’s hard to know what is a pay episode or music station.. I’m afraid to explore.
I need a teenager to help out digital deficient grandma.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s ok only. Remote is a joke. Operation is confusing. Not my favorite tv by any means. Samsung tv plus is helpful. Sound isn’t great. Antenna feature noes pick up all local channels.

Can’t Add Apps

I would have given a 5 stars rating, but Samsung makes it extremely difficult to figure out how to add an app onto the smart tv. At the time of this writing, I still have not figured it out!
