I'd buy a used 19" black and white tv from the 60's before I would ever buy another one of these.

Can't beat Samsung Quality

Incredibly happy with this TV. It's definitely smarter than I am and switches modes as I go from video gaming to TV or movie watching. The picture is crisp and clear always and it comes loaded with more features than can be imagined. Best TV purchase I've made.

Needs better remote

Nice TV but could use a better remote No pause button which could be used for streaming services Buttons are small and multi functional which are easy to get the opposite of what you wanted to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 2 Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these TV’s and one of them stopped working on Super Bowl Sunday, just two months after we started using it. I would not purchase again.

Great when it’s good

I’ve purchased multiple Samsung tvs and have had factory issues with at least two of them and they did not stand behind the product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not for me.

I love everything about this TV except the remote. It is too difficult to relearn how to use for someone who has memories issues. It is not user friendly. That is the only reason for the 4 starts. It has a great picture! I would not recommend.
