Got this as a replacement for our TV that started to fail. This 50" Samsung has a very good picture and the more we use it the learning curve for the remote is making it easier to get around on it. The extra channels were a nice touch.

I don't know why but I can't get Xfinity wireless to work without my Amazon fire stick attached. Sometimes the tv guide doesn't give me what is on the channel it only gives me the network. When a ad comes on tv the voice gets very low.

The remote has way too many buttons. Just very unfriendly to use, the older remote is tons better.

Sound Quality

Very happy with the picture quality of my new tv but the audio is very poor. My last TV was a Sony with great audio.
