Follow the directions and easy set-up--Happy Campe

I have been waffling in purchasing a smart TV and the set-up of it. I do live by myself. Well, I certainly would recommend 2 people to assist you with the set-up-- the directions indicate this. Two people are needed to carefully remove the TV from the box and lift it onto the stand. The set-up was mostly easy, just patience and carefully reading the screen. I do still have cable plus apps I previous have. It is fairly easy to navigate and it helped me understand TVs when I recently travelled out of the country. The clarity, sound and easy of using the TV is wonderful. Now, just to take the plunge and get rid of cable!

Great Picture

I am very pleased with the quality of the picture.. However, I am not very pleased with the quality of the sound. Live production sound is good. I do have trouble getting the correct volume with recorded productions. Can that be corrected?

Great picture but we hate the remote. It’s too complicated for us senior citizens. No numbers to get channels etc.

Christmas gift picture is great. We have run into a major problem. Husband is hard of hearing no jack in back to plug head phones into!! He can not watch the tv and hear it. W have been told this is the only tv made like this. Our bad luck !!problem

The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
